Allows you to be able to make recolours of a defaulted outfit that you can upload and anyone can use them without having the same defaults as you?
Replace an outfit with heels with an outfit with flats and want correct shoe sounds? Are enabled for young adult AND adults if they aren't already? Allow you to have recolours of the original Maxis mesh even though you've replaced that outfit in the catalogue?
